User – any entity that uses the Store.
General information
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Store User and are intended for using the Store’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. Cookies help to keep your basket and calculate your discounts. Cookies also help us to recognize our clients, and help us to provide the best user experience we can deliver. We do not provide your data to any third – party companies.
The entity placing cookies on the Store User’s end device and accessing them is the Store operator.
Use of cookies
Cookies are used to:
- adjusting the content of the Store’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Store User’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
- creating statistics that help to understand how Store Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
The Store uses two basic types of cookies: “session” (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies). Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
Types of cookies
The following types of cookies are used within the Store:
- “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Store;
- cookies used to ensure security, for example, used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Store;
- “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Store’s websites;
- “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;
- “advertising” cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.
The Store Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Store’s websites.
Cookie and device access
- The Administrator informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s end device. In such a situation, the use of the Store by the User may be difficult.
- The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or using appropriate tools available under the operating system used by the User.
- Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
Other data that is stored
Store stores user address billing data, user shipment data as well as user shopping data in a database being run by cyberfolks.pl
Administrator takes care about the privacy of user data. User data is encrypted and salted.
The Administrator of the User’s personal data is the Administrator.
The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.
The Administrator does not make the data provided to him available to any third parties.
Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
The user has the following rights:
- the right to request access to your data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
- the right to object to the processing;
- the right to data portability;
